I have a charge 2 and a google pixel 2.
One day my charge 2 decided to not connect to my phone's bluetooth anymore. So I tried all the steps they tell you to. Shut down phone. Restart fitbit. Clear caches. Delete app and redownload. Anything out there I tried.
Finally, I decided to delete the charge 2 from my account. But I could not add it back with my phone. My charge 2 could connect to my computer's bluetooth so I tried to add my device back to my account with my computer....that didnt work. Then I tried my housemate's phone and for some reason that was successful in adding my charge 2 back onto my account; however, it still won't connect to my phone's bluetooth.
Other bluetooth devices will connect to my phone no problem (headphones and car radio). The charge 2 will connect to literally every other device but my pixel 2 (older androids and surface book connect just fine. I have not tried an iPhone but I'm pretty sure that would work).
Anyone got tips?
