Charge 2 wont sync with my phone. Been 2 weeks now

I've done everything possible and my charge 2 wont connect with my phone? Any ideas or are you having the same problems?

Hi 👋🏻

when you say everything possible?  Have you restarted the charge and what phone?  Have you tried re starting that?  Have you re set your charge? Have you updated the software?

Hi

just an update.  Charge would not sync and not discovered by Bluetooth.  I could on my iPad and other devices were discoverable.  Tried everything then removed device from the app and re added.  Magic!

Same...I've tried the following:

 

Removed fitbit and reinstalled on app

Upgraded app

Removed app and reinstalled 

Force restarted my fitbit

 

And I am still no further forward.  I have a charge 2 also.  There are hundreds of Fitbit customers affected by this issue on android and fitbit dont appear to care. I keep trying to raise this eirh them only to be told to do the above.....  it doesn't bloody work 😡😡😡🤬🤬  I'm sooo annoyed and angry, I was going to be getting a fitbit for my kids for Christmas.... I won't bother now.

Sorry to hear you are having the same problem. Mine is still not working either so I've had to pair it with an old phone that I dont use and its working ok on there . I heat Fitbit are quite good at helping. This surprises me. I need to get back to them on this matter.
