Hello Fellow FitBitters. My fitbit suddenly stopped synching today and despite turning Bluetooth on and off, turning phone Samsung S8 on and of,f I decided to reinstall the app. Went to log back on and it says its not connected to the interweb… it chuffing well is!!! have tried turning internet on and off but nothing is making the app see the connection. tried to start a live chat with fitbit helpline but no one came back to me :(. would really appreciate any suggestions on how to get it to establish the connection.

My charge 2 won't sync either. I've also tried all of those things. Its happening periodically now. I never had this problem with my original charge. Any help is appreciated.

Same here. Charge 2 was synced to Nexus 7 running Android 8.1. No problems until 6/12. Now it won't even pair with tablet.

Throw me in the group too. My fit was syncing fine until Wed 6/12. No results for 6/12 or 6/13. Killing my weight watchers steps too, getting shamed.

My charge 2 hasn't synced since Monday 10/6 and the app is saying tracker not found. I have tried the troubleshoot steps and nothing has worked

My fit is working but has not updated my dashboard on 6/12 and 6/13.

Working again. I uninstalled the app, forgot the Bluetooth connection, rebooted the tablet, restarted Bluetooth, restarted my Charge 2 twice, and reconnected Charge 2 via Bluetooth. First time in two days that the tablet recognized the fitbit. Reinstalled the app, logged in, and it synched. Still no idea why it wouldn't synch on Wed and Thu.

Mine hasn't synced since 22 May and I'm getting sync=null as per another post and there doesn't seem to be any solution

And I'm also synced with Weight Watchers now. Crazy.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning the Bluetooth on and off, resetting my phone. Fitbit have said that my phone isn't supported but it used to work and I've tried using a tablet and desktop pc with windows 10 with no success

I Have the same issue with my Samsung A8 and fitbit support is worthless (just suggestions as ...switch on/off bluetooth and so on); they not seem to know the Android Bluetooth menu on Android

same with me...it used to work in February; it stopped syncing somewhere in March
