Hiya
My Charge 2 has not updated for ages, I have tried following instructions and it doesnt work. It now also wont pair or sync. Have tried resetting the fitbit, turned bluetooth off, checked settings, deleted app and reloaded. Nothing working. Can anyone help please

Check if you device has had the recent software update, if it has then check your phone is still on the compatible device list, as there are many issues with the recent software update. My phone is now not on the compatible list so it won't sync, but works on other devices.

Thanks Kevin. I had the message saying I needed to update firmware, and tried multiple times but it wouldn't update. So I dont think it's that phone no longer compatible. But I deleted app and reloaded last night following guidelines on one of these posts, now I cant even get the charge2 on my bluetooth connected list. Soo frustrating:-(
