Charge 2 working only when plugged into charger

Hi everyone,

anyone who experienced the same issue with mine? My charge 2 wont be able to open when it is not in the power source "plug-in". though I already raise my case. I'm just wondering if there is someone here who fixed this kind of issue with charge 2.

Thank you for your email, currently the tips and instructions from support
didnt work. And I think right now, my fitbit is really in bad condition. I
dont know if its dead battery.

The case is, when the watch is on plug. The fitbit opens the screen. And
the battery indicates that the watch is fully charged. But right at the
moment when remove it from the charger the fitbit goes off.

I cant use it anymore. 😔 And the saddest part there is no service center
here in the Philippines.

My charge 2  does not show the time or any data when I press the button.  It does show the fitbit logo when I plug it in to charge and briefly shows date and data right after I unplug from a charge. I plugged it in today and went to check my numbers at the same time.  I noticed that it was not tracking since Wednesday 8/12.
