My wristband fell off my Charge 2, . Wristband will not stay on now. This is the second wristband this happened to. What’s up with this? Anybody else having problems like this?

I have the same issue with the Charge 2 band and I have now broken my second one after 18 months. The first band was replaced under warranty but I am now on my own. The band only costs 5.95 but still it is obviously a flawed design issue. The device itself is working just fine but I will not buy a band when it is clear to me it will break again within a few months. If Fitbit does not offer me something to make up for this frustrating experience I will switch brands.

Jake - I agree that there is some sort of design flaw. Fitbit replaced my first one as I recall. But there are so many inexpensive/better bands for the device that I'm okay with design issue. I like the HR2 better than I dislike the design flaw, so I'm sticking with mine.

Jake - I had the same problem a year or so ago, and agree there is a design flaw in the band. Since I had received the Charge 2 as a gift from my daughters I did not the information required for a warranty claim at hand. I went on Amazon and ordered a package of 3 bands for $7.95. I installed one on arrival, and have not had a problem. I hope this is of some value. - Marv in Cincy

Thanks for the suggestion. I just ordered a 3-pack for myself. Will try them out.
