Charge 2 wrist band

My second wrist band that I just got 7 months ago is broken where it attaches to the fitbit again.

I was told when it was ordered that the warranty would start over with the new strap. How do I get another through warranty?

Hi @Armynurse  the band that was replaced, did that come with your Fitbit? Warranty covers one year USA and two years in some European countries from the date of the original purchase. Was the second wristband covered under warranty or was it purchased outright?

It was the band they replaced already. This one broke too. Must be a weak
spot in the product.

I was told by the rep that replaced it last time that the band, not the
fitbit, would be under extended warranty. I assume they did not lie. I
would think lying employees would be covered by fitbit company insurance.
