Charge 2 wristband falling off, cracked screen

Both my hubby and I got our Charge 2 Sept of 2018. From the get go, his always had issues with communicating with the app. Mine not so bad until screen cracked then more issues. We'd reboot, reinstall, uninstall endless times until we gave. Now the wristbands won't stay on. Even switched out for new ones. No go still. Of course, out of warranty. This product didn't even make it a year. So disappointed.
