Please can you assist, I have had my Charge 2 since the beginning of January 2017 this year, I love it and wear it continuously ( well not when showering ! ) over the last month the wrist band keeps coming away on one side from the face. At first it would re attach but now it will not connect. Can you send a new strap please ?

Very frustrating reading this thread. My band keeps falling off. The proper response is not "can you send a photo?" The proper response is "Here is how the band attaches to the tracker." Then tell us how the band attaches to the tracker. Use your photographs or drawings that show how the band attaches. Then say "You can make the following adjustment to make the connection tight." and show photographs or drawings on how this is to be done. "If that doesn't work you can call our help desk." Unless, you already know the help desk will be no help. Then suggest a new band IF the problem is with the band and not the tracker.

Better yet, buy something other than a Fitbit. I have the charge 2 and have had a band break twice. I am not going to keep replacing the band. Poor durability. I’m just going to go right to the Apple Watch.

Same happened to me – it's just dirt gets in and stops the catch popping out. Just wash it out and keep pressing the button in an out. Lasted 6 months for me.
