One side of my wrist band keeps coming loose. When I re-install it, it will not click (lock). Ideas?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 band coming off. Try pulling the metal tab to the outside to help it better secure the device. I also created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

That did't help. I also tried the tiny screw. The small raised piece on the watch just doesn't protrude far enough to lock into the band. Any other ideas?
