A few days ago my Fitbit stopped lasting through the day. I thought maybe I wasn’t leaving it on the charger long enough but that wasn’t the case. It’s not even lasting through a whole day. I’ve tried resetting and cleaning the tracker and charger with rubbing alcohol like advised but it’s still not holding a charge. I even turned off my notifications today but didn’t seem to help. Anyone have any other ideas to try?

@EmAndM Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 battery is draining quickly. It seems that you have tried the recommended troubleshoots. At this point please let our Support team know about the issue so they can further assist you. You will get an email from them.

Interested in this because mine is the same. It was just bought at xmas however the battery life is now down to less than a day. Im not syncing all day switched off notifications but i really dont want to. Ive also swiched off quick start. Please help thinking its faulty
