I've had a fitbit for 1 year and 1 month... it was great until the warranty expired. one month after that my fitbit has black lines across the screen and wont keep a charge past 12 hrs. Now fitbit is telling me that I get 25% off a new one. Are these products designed to fail right after 1 year?
