It seems many people have the same issue. The watch face is gray with white lines. I don't consider my watch old. I purchased it on March 2020. This should be a recall and the company should replace. I called in and they told me to update my software. I did and still the same issue. Then they told me my warranty was up and I could purchase another. I never have worn it swimming or gotten it wet, I have taken excellent care of it. I'm very disappointed with your customer service.
