Hi, I’m new to Fitbit having got my Charge 3 today...having skinny wrists it’s the perfect size for me but...

 

The screen only staying on for 3 seconds is bloody ridiculous! What am I missing?? this surely can’t be the correct function of the device...?

 

How can I extend the time or keep it on permanent - I don’t care if it drains battery a bit more but I don’t think I can handle it going off so quickly....help!

Swipe left to Settings and Screen Timeout should be the second setting.

I'm sorry, I didn't have one to verify but the C3 has the same OS as my  Versa so thought you would have that setting.  I couldn't find anything about it in the User Manual.
