Hi! After the update, my charge 3 screen stopped responding. I contacted Fitbit support, but they only offered a discount to buy a new one since it is no longer under warranty ($$$)... it still tracks steps, heart rate, and vibrates when I receive a text or call, so I am continuing to use it without the screen. HOWEVER, just yesterday, a random alarm went off at 1:44 PM and I was only able to dismiss it. It went off again today, and I really want to delete this alarm...but they updated the app. It appears that you can only add and delete alarms directly on the device now (which obviously won't work for me). Does anyone have a fix to delete the alarm just using the app now?

@LaYogui I hope you're doing well!
Sorry to hear about your Charge 3 not working as it should and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Sadly the alarms can only be added/removed from the tracker itself so you won't be able to use the Fitbit app for this purpose. If you wish for this to be changed then you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Let me know how it goes.

Sad that we have to request things go back to the better functioning method via a forum. Why did they change this. I was able to see and disable alarms on my watch or app originally.

Since my charge 3 updated, it seems I can only add alarms, not delete them, and the ones
set up multiply themselves every time
I turn one on so I have numerous set for the same time. It’s driving me mad.
I’m sure I’m not the only one with this bug that needs fixing, but I can’t find anyone on the forum saying they have the same issue.

It is indeed poorly implemented, poorly documented and poorly supported. I've not even found how to turn an alarm off. On the Charge 3 screen one sees Alarm Off or Alarm On, but what does this mean. If I see 'Alarm Off' or 'Alarm On'. Does show the state of the alarm, or is it an instruction?
