Charge 3 does not sync info to app on iPhone X Fitbit app. With setting to sync all day, it will not sync steps etc back to app unless manually ask syncing. Charge 3 receives notifications during the day and phone is always with me.
I have never been happy with my charge 3. None of the suggested fixes last. I’m sorry I bought it, but I’m limping through because I paid for the darn thing. Definitely my least favorite FitBit
I bought one end of 2018, the screen went, Fitbit wouldn't replace as I had a slight crack on screen. Bought another about July 19, come Feb this year screen went again, they replaced tracker for that. Now no end of probs since last update
