Charge 3 Band won't click on to the unit properly

I bought a new wrist band s the old one broke.  The new one was great then it snapped off at the unit.  I've nearly lost the fitbit quite a few times.  The spring that clips into the band seems stuck.  I've cleaned it and it's OK for  day or so then falls off again.  No longer under warranty. Where can I take it for a service?
