I’m incredibly frustrated. My first Charge 3 got the white lines of death (luckily within warranty) and now - a year later - the replacement has issues too. I went to bed last night and the screen was fine, but then I woke up to black lines across the top. Restarting hasn’t worked. Resetting it hasn’t worked. Charging hasn’t worked. Changing the watch face hasn’t worked. Nothing is working to fix the issue. Are there any other suggestions?
I had the first Charge 3 for less than a year and it died. I’ve had this Charge 3 for a year and it’s messed up too. Was the Charge 3 just not made to last? I paid $150 for the FitBit and it can’t seem to last for more than a year (and I’ve been gentle with it), but a $30 Mi Band (that I’ve worn more because of the first Band 3’s issues) has lasted for two years and is still going strong without issue. What’s up with that?
