There are black horizontal lines that vary in width on my charge 3 screen display. I have tried the reset and long reset procedures as well as changing the clock face but nothing seems to help. Are there any other solutions to this problem? This is my first Fitbit and is relatively new and there is no damage to it. I am not happy.

I have the same issue with my Charge 3, it started out with one line and progressed over a month to my screen being mostly white and I can’t read the time or use the functions. I now only use it to track my workouts because it will still sync but other than that it’s useless. I’ve had mine for 14 months. From what I’ve read online, once you see the one black line it’s the beginning of the end for your Fitbit. If anyone has a solution, I would LOVE to hear it!
