Charge 3 - Black Screen after restarting and changing clockface

Hello,

my charge 3 is showing only a black screen. Already tried the restarting/reseting and changing clockface.

Synchronizing seems to work fine. Device also vibrates when connected to charger. Only the screen remains black 😞 Is there an Email Address to contact customer support (found only Twitter Link...) thanks
