Hello,
I read many customers have had this exact problem and now I do too. My Charge 3 has a completely total Black Screen yet the green sensors still constantly light up and work on the backside. I tried restarting for both 8 seconds then 15 seconds and still pitch black. I heard you can accidentally trip the Sleep Setting and it makes the display very dim. The problem is it's so dark I can't even see Settings to turn Sleep back off. I also cannot pair my phone because I can see the pairing code on the pitch dark display screen. Tons of customers have suffered this nightmare issue. Does anybody know the magic fix please.... there's got to be a way

I also have the same problem . It just happened about a week ago . It still tracks everything to my phone but I just can’t see anything on the Fitbit screen . I’ve had it for about 2 years plus now with no problems until now . I wonder if they do it on purpose to make you buy a new one ☹️
