Hi all,
today I decided to take my fitbit charge 3 out of retirement for the first time in ~2 years, but quickly encountered the blank screen issue people seem to be encountering. the device connects to my phone successfully, and rumbles when i press the button, but no display. So far I've tried changing the clock face as well as hard resetting it by pressing the button and taking it on and of the charger, but still no luck.

Same problem. Did everything the customer support asked me to... nothing works.

Ik heb dat ook, het is niet meer te lezen! Bijzonder irritant voor een horloge. 🙄
