Charge 3 - Black line across top of screen

My watch shows a small black line across the screen at the top, where the step count is on some faces and where the battery sign is when you open the stats.

 

tried resetting multiple times, doesn’t work.

I am on my third charge 3. And I have had this one since August 2019 so not long. And once again I have the line on the top of the screen. Can someone from FITBIT service contact me to resolve this?

Call their customer service. They will probably send you a replacement

They have already replace two! At this point I want a different model.

Tried all suggestions as the line is still visible. I really want a different tracker, different model. This is the 3rd one I've had with this issue!

Hi there, I’ve tried a watch reset and have changed the clock face and still no luck. The line is still there.

Hi there. This didn’t work. I tried short restart, change clock face, long
restart, change clock face. No luck.

What else can I try?

My fitbit3 has the exact same issues as all these other users - mine shows like 4 black lines across the top of the screen - I have tried everything and still the lines show. Is there any fix to this issue?

Thank you for getting back to me Lizzy. Yes, I have restarted my tracker, changed my clock face and perform a long restart - nothing worked! Here is an image of how it looks.

It is a small image, hope you can see the black lines.

hi, I also have this problem and the lines are getting worse. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened and the screen has corrupted. It’s so disappointing.

Hello. I have also had the same very annoying and getting worse same issue. 

I have tried restart, long reboot drain battery and changed all clock faces, with no luck and getting worse. 

What can i do next my Fitbit  charge 3 is less than 6months old.

Yes, unfortunately within a couple of g

days the black screen of death and it is now not working at all. This is so disappointing to put it mildly

I called online chated with fitbit support and now have a replaced fitbit.
