Charge 3 Black screen can't see anything.

Hi, I'm having trouble with my fitbit charge 3 that was giving to me this past Christmas. At first there was the problem with the white line across. Change the clock face all try restarting it. Sometimes it will work for a couple of hours and the same problem happened again. Now my screen is completely black can't see anything. Already tryout changing the clock face and restarting it. This is frustrating.....

@Lupe.T It sounds like you have a dead display.  You should contact Fitbit Customer Support for further assistance.  Best of luck!

I have the same problem. We bought it last November. They're saying it's out of warranty, but they'll give me a 25% discount on a new one! Argh!!
