Hi Everyone,
I have not used my charge 3 Fitbit for a while, decided to put down the Haagen Daz and get myself sorted this morn. Fitbit is fully charged, counting steps etc on the app but screen completely blank.
Did that plugging it in reset thing about 80 times but no smiley face, tried the clock face thing but nothing. Then in my infinite wisdom decided to remove it from the app and reinstall it and now I need a code to do that and the screen is black. Can any of you learned folk help a plump little menopausal woman out or do I have to buy a new one?

Same with mine... It hasn't been used in a while, it is fully charge but no longer connected to the app. I tried to re-pair the device and screen is black and can't see the code. I tried resetting as well and no smiley face/code. Screen remains black. I am not sure how to change the clock face since it is no longer connected to the app, but not sure what to do next or if its time for a new one.

Wow! I am so sorry that happened and I hope you get that sorted out! I might be done with fitbit entirely at this point... I have had issues with almost every one I have owned. I am starting to look at the rings (oura, evie, etc).
