Hi,
My Charge 3 has basically become a brick. The screen is black, pressing the button does nothing there's no vibration, however the green light on the underside still lights up. Plugging it onto the charger does nothing. Holding the unresponsive button to attempt a reset does nothing.
I chatted with customer service and they said it is defective.
As I'm out of warranty that's pretty much that, I am disappointed that this is happening. I've had this watch for 2 years. For something so expensive it should be lasting longer than that. Sad to have this end with Fitbit as I did enjoy it while it lasted. But I can't afford to shell out $200+ every 2 years...

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for contacting our Support team. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
