Charge 3 - Black screen, won't charge

My charge 3 won't charge, wont sync to the app and has a black screen.

 

I have been trying it charge for a few days now. I've plugged it into multiple sockets, but it doesnt respond to the charger like how its supposed to.

I have tried rebooting it by holding down the button for 8 sec, 15 sec, or 20 sec and it just vibrates.

Nothing but a black screen. The app doesn't pick it up at all, so I cant even change clock face.

 

PLEASE HELP!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then retry charging it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.

I cleaned the contacts last night and it has been plugged in the entire night. Still no difference.
