Well. I give up. Im taking a hammer to this piece of trash. Blank screen. Syncs and is working, but cant see a thing. Ive tried the "fixes" 150,000 times....both putting it in charger, holding for 15 seconds, removing it, then replacing it. And, the "change the **ahem** face from the App fix". Nothing works at all. Support was unhelpful, giving me the same nonsensical "fixes" and taking 30 minutes to inform me that the item is out of warranty (I assume its 30 days or some crap like that), and they'll give me a 35% reduction in a new device. Sorry. Not interested. Take your inferior piece of excrement and stuff it. I'm on to better companies.

"Ahem" should have been "Clock". In my rage I missed the autocorrect. Oh...by the way, did I forget to mention that Ive been a customer for years and years? Tootaloooo!!!!!
