Charge 3: Blank display and another one won't sync

I have two charge 3, one is blank, the other wouldn't sync with my device

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. For the first device, the one which the display is blank, I’d recommend our restart process. To do so, please follow the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

For the second one, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
