Hi, bluetooth signal of charge 3 is invisibile to all my devices (Pc , cellphones -samsung note 10 + and samsung 10+). if i try to syncornize charge 3 with the app in order to set the morning alarm , it won't work. but the silly thing is that charge 3 randomly syncornize with app ( i can see my steps, sleep hours and stuff) but the alarms won't syncornize. same thing happens if i try to update charge 3 firmware. nothing will happen. the app will ask me if the charge3 is near to the cell phone ( which is ).

Hi @Irenedonati, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 can't be recognized by the Bluetooth of your mobile devices. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, try to sync your tracker again and see if the issue gets fixed.
