Charge 3 Broken Band - cant file a claim

Hi -

Im trying to file a claim online for a broken band but the File a Claim link goes nowhere. Its telling me that I don't have a device synced but I am logged in and do see my device linked with all my device details. Is there an email or a phone number where I can contact support for help?
