Thank you for the information. If you refer to the Charge 3 classic wristband, I'd recommend visiting this thread to get tips and suggestions about broken or damaged wristbands.
If it's a 3rd party band, I'd recommend contacting the retailer or store where you purchased it and follow their instructions.
