The calories burned are not showing up in 15 minute increments anymore. Did they do away with this feature? I like to keep up with the exact calories when I do an exercise but now I don’t have a way to see the calories burned anymore. What happened and is anyone else having this problem. For example, I would play for 25 minutes doing Wii tennis—I could go into the calories burned and get the exact amount of calories burned during that time. What happened to that feature?

The guy did not understand what I was talking about and he was not able to help me. Also, it was a major language barrier on both ends. He had no clue what I was trying say. I figured I would see if anyone else in the Fitbit community was experiencing the same problem.

@Deetw Thank you very much for your reply.
I appreciate the detailed information. It seems that you reached out to our Support Team twice and they were able to provide information and assistance through chat. They mentioned that if you would require further assistance, you would need to contact them back and refer to your case number, this way they can easily follow up your case from there.
At this time, if the steps provided through chat didn't help, I recommend reaching out to them one more time and please mention that you had a chat interaction, this way our Support Team can continue assisting you from there.
On a side note, your post will remain open and available if other users would like to provide additional information or tips.
See you around.
