Charge 3 DND/sleep pops up and when I wear my Fitbit it turns off

I have charged my Fitbit over and over and it looks like it is good but when I wear it it turns completely off. I have to put it back on charger to turn it on and the sleep/DND keeps popping up. What is going on? I noticed with minutes ago to a couple days ago lots of other people are having similar issues with the Charge 3 Fitbit. I want this issue fixed!

@Shantelrg Thanks for joining us.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working as it should. Please try restarting your tracker by doing the following:

  • Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  • Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  • Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  • Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Charge 3 & Charge 4—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  • Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

My charge 3 Battery drains in a day and once charged, continues to flash the sleep/DND every few minutes.   I followed the instructions above, however, my charge 3 is not fixed. Can you offer another solution to fix this?

It did not help. On my phone, it says it is 100% charged and it is recording all my info. But the Fitbit itself will quit working while I wear it only for a few minutes. Also while I wear it the DND, sleep and sceen wake pops up. I do need to put it back on the charger so it will turn on. I thought about shutting it all diwn and starting over. I haven t even had this for a year. I read other issues and a fee others are having the same issues.

Ever since the software update I noticed mine also is tracking steps correctly but won't notify me (text, call, etc) like it used to. If I turn DnD off, sleep turns on. If sleep is turned off, DnD is turned on. I've tried restarting 5 times. My fitbit like 6 months old. Very tempted to change tracker companies if I have to replace it.
