Charge 3 is counting my daily steps, but after charging on Sunday April 18, 2020, the dashboard has stopped displaying the step movement and intensity. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting without success.

I am sorry for the delay in response. I would like to know if you keep having issues with your steps? Are you seeing this information in the Fitbit app on your phone or computer? Some screenshots would be great.
