Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I managed to achieve my 10,000 steps yesterday and today after I started wearing my FitBit again following a break. I synced my FitBit to my app today and it has deleted all my steps, calories, floors etc for both days. I’ve tried resetting the device but no luck. I would love to recover these steps although I realise this is unrealistic. Mainly I want to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

@BethDavies1995 Thanks for stopping by!
Sorry to hear about this. This seems to be an issue with the lack of use of your tracker. If you don't sync your tracker (when you took your break from it for example) then the date won't be correct and once you sync (whether you have accumulated steps or not) the date will be corrected and any previous steps recorded will be assigned to the old date and start the new one from zero. This is why your steps aren't showing, they didn't disappeared just assigned to an older date. If you stop using your tracker for some time please sync it before starting recording your activity. You can manually log a walking activity on the affected date to have a record on your account.
Hope this helps.
