Charge 3 Dim screen and stuck in sleep mode

This morning after stopping my alarm I tried to take my Fitbit off from sleep mode and it just seems to be stuck there. I tried a reset 3 times but nothing. 

Help please

Have u gone into settings and reset it that way? 
attach the charger and press the side button until a smiley face

Not sure how to do that through the app?

I have plugged in and help side button till smile (full brightness) appears but that’s not worked once it’s reset 😔
