Charge 3 Dim screen and the display is corrupted

Hi I would've posted this this on the fitbit form for charge 3 but charge 3 doesn't have a place to post questions and no one has answered how to fix this problem. My device isn't even 2 years old yet (my mom has one the same age but it's still working fine) but my screen became insanely dim and I tried following all the recommended steps but nothing fixed it I restarted it 5 times and still just as dim. I have it on the brightest setting and can barely see it without being in a dark room. On top of that some parts of the screen don't light up at all. So of the time is 10:45 I only see 0:4. In the link are some images from today (June 15th) as well as what it was like 15 days prior (June 1st). I would have added them here but the files were to large https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1Hi3ZhN9JFIaYFVpy_FXfDAFmHAz7W07l

If anyone knows how to fix this I'd appreciate the help or if they can help me get in contact with support or point me in a direction to post this under that would be great.

@Jasminum2012 I'm sorry for any inconvenience and thank you very much for the detailed information, for the steps you've followed and for taking the time to provide your feedback.

At this time, I'd like to let you know that there is a thread with additional tips and suggestions for screen inconveniences. To visit this thread, please click here. If those tips don't help, my best recommendation is that you please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but Phone wait times are longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.

See you around.
