I have two problems with my Charge 3 after not wearing it for a few weeks:
The display is so dark that I can hardly read it. The "Normal" setting on the display brightness is selected and the sleep function is turned off, of course - but that doesn't help.
Also, the lights on the back no longer flash and no heart rate is recorded - but this I have turned on in the app.
A restart and a reset I have also already done, but it also brings nothing.
Help..
