Hi there
Just bought a new Charge 3 Special Edition, specifically for the Fit pay feature which works great. However, I am not getting the vibrations when I get my notifications (these are set to on and all come through fine, text, calls, messages etc)
I've checked all the settings I can think of, vibrations on strong, do not disturb set to OFF - have synced the device numerous times, have rebooted the device, the current firmware version is: 20001.88.11 which I presume is the latest as there's no option to update within the app (apparently there's an update icon when there is one available).
I can't think of anything else - it doesn't even buzz when I put it on charge..... any ideas??
Many thanks for reading.

I have exactly the same problem.
Any suggestions to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Cheekymunkee and @acgc.
Thanks for the details shared and troubleshooting performed. Is this happening with the notifications from your phone only or is it happening with any notification (silent alarms, reminders to move, goal celebration, etc.)? Please also check that the Sleep option (from the Quick Settings' menu) is turned off.
Catch you later.

Hi there
This is happening with everything, I am not getting any vibration or buzz even when I put it on charge.
Yes, all settings both on the device itself (quick settings) on the app and on my phone are set correctly.
I will see if I get anymore responses by tomorrow and if not I will return it for a refund.
Many thanks for your time.

Hi, @Cheekymunkee.
Thanks for the update. It seems that the vibration motor inside the Charge 3 is not responding then. My advice is to contact our Support team by chat or calling them. Let them know what you've tried so far so they can look for a resolution.
See you around.
