Charge 3 - Faulty device or charger

I got a Charge 3 today but it appears to be faulty. It doesn't seem to charge. I plug it in and the smile comes on and shows the face. I got past the setup ok.

Sometimes battery shows 100% others says its low.

Every time I remove from charger it doesn't respond.

That is what mine is doing. I’ve not be able to get any help. I talked to customer service a month ago and they were supposed to be mailing me another charge 3. I understand with this unique situation things are complicated but I would like some better answers.

At the time, they had a number to customer service. They don’t have it listed anymore, which I understand with everything going on. I am sure there call center is not operating right now.  The lady told me ,since I purchased mine at Christmas a few months ago, they were mailing me another Fitbit.

I had trouble with my Charge 3 battery and they just replaced it because it was under warranty.  I was able to reach them quickly with online chat.  They had me run a few tests and then submitted a ticket for replacement.  That was last weekend.  I just got the replacement today.  You can reach them with online chat and even save your chats so  you remember what was said.  🙂

I have used that in the past but now they have a disclaimer on their website saying support options are limited. I do not see an option on the help site to live chat other than twitter but I do not have social media.

I had contact through Twitter but its just going through the motions, have you done this and that and followed the guides etc. So waiting for another answer now. I did get it on Amazon so getting a new one sent out to return this.
