Charge 3 - Firmware update ruined my tracker

My charge 3 was working perfectly well before the latest firmware update. 

Since the update the battery life has gone from lasting 4-5 days to less than 12 hours even when I am not tracking any exercise. 

The screen constantly flickers between the time and the DND screens and vibrates the whole time which in not enjoyable when wearing the watch.

My time is messed up too. Guess I’ll get an Apple Watch instead this sucks. It was working perfectly before I updated it

Same here.  Mine was under warranty so they sent me another one.  Fixed some of the issues but battery dies after 18 hours and I used to go for 5 days.  Have the same features running as I did before.  Will be contacting customer service once again!

that's when I noticed issues with my Fitbit 2 after the firmware update I started getting black lines through the screen and then the next day it just wouldn't turn on. 😞

I have the same problem. Support gave me a link on how to charge it 😜 This is my 4th Fitbit I'm pretty sure I can charge it. I get 9 hours from a full charge.
