Good day!

 

My Charge 3 Fitbit pay stopped working late last year. I moved onto a new iPhone around that time and not sure whether these two things are related or not.

 

If I hold the watch near a payment terminal, the terminal would beep and do nothing. I tried deleting and reinstalling my fitbit app, removing and adding the card, rebooting and resetting the watch - nothing helped so far.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this Fitbit Pay issue. I would like to know if you keep having this problem? If so, please take a look at the help article:  and follow the instructions provided there.
