Charge 3 Fitbit condensation on the sensors at the back of fit bit

Hi 

 

I purchased a charge 3 in June 2019 and charged it last night as it was on 11 % On trying it this morning it was vibrating every few seconds and the clock face on the screen were flashing off and on. I looked at the back of the fit bit and the Sensors at the back had condensation on. I have placed it in rice.

That happened to mine last summer. Fitbit let me send it back to them and they sent me a refurbished one. It took about 2 weeks. They said that if water gets in, it’s considered defective.
