Charge 3 Fitbit pay isn't working

Hi,

Debit card loaded and visible in app but contactless payment does not work. Any ideas?

Are you receiving any type of error while making your payments? Have you tried to tried to delete the card and add it again?.

Hi.  I do not get any error messages. Seems like the unit does not register.  I deleted the card and then added back on.  No change. Shame as I want to use my fit bit for contactless payments ???   Any ideas.

I understand how are you feeling and would like to know if you have checked if your bank is listed as supported? If you haven't, I recommend checking this in the article: Supported Banks and Transit List.

Hi. Thanks. Yes my bank is supported it is one of the 4 major Aussie banks.

having the same problem. would be interested if anyone knows how to fix it.

I did read that the C3 needed to be on your wrist for the pay to work. I'm thinking (and I havent tried this yet), that my pulse isnt being read when I'm trying to pay???

ok I think i've got it sorted. Just got my C3 to pay for a coffee heres what I did.

Go into your phone and fitbit app.

go to devices charge 3 (select) then wallet and remove the credit card.

go back to the screen where you can see the clock faces apps and  wallet. icons in the top right hand corner of the the screen is a bin. click on it and unsync your charge 3.

Then uninstall the app on your phone.

On your watch slide across till you see the settings box slide down until you see  "about" box, click on it and select clear user data. this will unsync your watch.

Reinstall the app on your phone and start again.
