As of a few days ago, my Charge 3 began having some issues. The screen began flickering between the clock face and other screens. I cannot control the screen myself by touch now, and it vibrates uncontrollably as it flashes between screens. It seemed to be somewhat intermittent, but is happening way more frequently than not. It's also been depleting my full battery in a very short amount of time.
I found this issue listed in another thread, but can't find it now. There were approximately 18 pages in that thread of people complaining of the same exact issue. Most have had to replace them.
This Fitbit Charge 3 is only approximately 8 months old, and it was replaced after the vibration function went out in my first one after just approximately 4 months of me owning it.
I will not pay for another Charge 3, so if it can't be replaced, I may have to consider swapping to a different brand of health trackers, unfortunately... This wasn't cheap, and I haven't been rough with it or damaged it, so it's not fair for me to continue having to replace it so frequently, especially if it costs me out of pocket. 😕
