Charge 3 Green lights not working and the display is blank

For my Charge 3 , No Green light behind the device and display is blank. It was vibrating but now it stopped. Charge 3 is 1 month old.

I went through the live chat - very helpful. New Fitbit was sent out.

I’m having the same issue! This seems like a known issue with Fitbit Charge 3s as a lot of people on my post have also expressed their frustration that the restart method or clock face resolution does not work. Currently emailing a Fitbit representative so will let everyone know on the outcome soon.

I went on line to Fitbit in the UK where I live and explained that I didn't have a receipt as my fitbit was a gift from my sister whom I visited in the USA for Christmas.  They sent out a new one.  Unfortunately this new one is sitting on my desk with exactly the same problem after  2 months so I have not bothered to complain again.  I may yet do so but they do respond if you write drectly to their support team.

Sorry, it is still not working.  If they do not replace it. I may can it. 2 years enjoying Fitbit, what a shame.

Charge3 stopped altogether, black face, no green light, nothing.  I connected it to the charger and tried to reboot several times.  Nothing!

My first Charge 3 lost a couple of pixel rows on the screen, got a replacement. This one is no longer monitoring anything. Screen is working but no heart rate, no step counting. I'm not sure I want to have a new Charge 3, seems like it is a lousy product. I had Charge 2 before and was very content with it.

Hi I have no button to reset??? My Fitbit charger 3 had been working fine for 6 months. Today black screen, no vibrate, no lights. Cannot find device. I know it has charge but when I charge it still black screen and no life ..,, help please

My charge 3 was vibrating just like when you complete a task. After the it cuts off, nothing on the screen, no green light to the back. It has been plug in to my laptop for 15 min and also to a wall socket for around the same time. And now nothing working at all absolutely nothing. Can anyone assist this was a gift and I don’t want anything to happen.

I'm having the same issue,about 3 weeks now😭 no light but vibration and at times a smiley face but then nothing. I also get a white loading bar that appears at times but then again,nothing🤔🤔😫

I contacted the help desk and the unit was replaced. New one is working
fine. The help desk will try to start it again for you.

This is my second Charger 3 in a year and both stopped working after 3 months for the very same reason. What must I do because I bought both on Amazon!!!!

Me too.  Same problem of no light up display.  I’ve tried everything to no avail.  It IS tracking though.  Is there any solution or a # to call

same. I just bought, unboxed it, charged it, tried to update, it froze on update 2/3 and the whole thing went cold and dead. I am not bothering with  it. This garbage is going back to the store and no more fitbit money wasting for me.

I rang fitbit and they logged into mine, identified the fault and sent out
a new one and now no issues. Persevere with the company if you can

Go into fitbit .com site
Go to about us, scroll down until you find contact us.
I dont know which country you are in but you can make the selections as you
progress.

I didn’t call. I emailed. Honestly, I’ve kind of given up. This particular Charge 3 is a replacement for one that stopped working after six months and is my third that stopped working. So it’s probably not under warranty. I love what it does when it works, but I’m not ready to pay for a new one. If you can help me, let me know, but I don’t want to wait two weeks for a replacement when I can buy something cheaper and get it sooner.
