Charge 3 HR inaccurate

Today I was sitting down and noticed my Charge said my HR was 120. I knew this wasn’t accurate and checked myself. After checking it said my HR was 74. It did this back and forth all night. Accurate to inaccurate. A few times I also noticed that the HR ring was completely black. Not sure what the issue is. Would appreciate any feedback!
