Previously made a post regarding how my Charge 3 won’t track my sleep no more, have done all the suggested ideas given by Fitbit (wrists positions, reset etc)
I have now noticed that my heat rate also isn’t tracking!!
I believe these two are now connected…. Any suggestions???

I've been having the same problem for the past week or so. Was going to upgrade to the Charge 5 soon but have decided against getting another Fitbit. I did read somewhere that detailed Sleep info is only available to premium customers. Not sure if it's true though because I read another post from someone saying she just upgraded to premium and isn't getting the info either. The fact that there have been nothing more than the standard "Have you tried this?" posts from Fitbit (none of which worked for me) tells me it's time to move on. It's a shame but I use my tracker primarily for my sleep patterns and I need one that will actually do what it's supposed to do.

Out of nowhere this morning, I had valid sleep data again. Still can't see my screen and with everything I've been reading about people having the same issues and Fitbit's (lack of anything but "canned") responses, I'm getting my Galaxy Watch 4 tomorrow. If anyone from Fitbit actually cares about customer feedback, I recommend you start standing behind your hardware - this in not directed at the moderators on the forum - I know you are just trying to do a job but perhaps you can share the feedback with the powers that be. Building something to last 2 years (just in time for your new models) is not going to garner customer loyalty. Based on what I've been reading in the forums, you're losing a lot of customers.

Amen! I’ve had mine since Jan 2019, and I brought it cause it found it a lot better than Apple (well I thought) but looking at it now and all these forums, it doesn’t look like it is in the long run.
Pretty guttered to be honest 😞
I wish the replies weren’t the generic “trouble shooting” suggestions given in the FAQ…. Or just saying to contact someone else - either give that to me first or just fix the watch 😞
Sad the warranty is so fast, though looks like it’s planned that way to crap out just after your warranty expires 😞
