Hi,
I have a Fitbit charge 3 and the heart rate light has stopped working today.
I have reset the device, fully charged it, updated the firmware, and performed a factory reset.
There is no light flashing on the back.
The device was purchased in October 2019. Can you please advise how to rectify this?

Hello @Goacorona Welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've followed prior to posting!
If you haven't done so, I suggest checking that the Heart Rate Setting is On. This can be checked in the Setting App on your Charge 3. For more information about how to navigate your tracker, please check: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If this set correctly, my best recommendation is to contact our Support Team for further assistance. Click here to ge connected.
Hope this helps!

Hi Wilson
Yes, the setting is turned on I made sure of this the first time I noticed it.
I have been through others' posts but I haven't seen people say specifically that the green light is off on the back of the device.
cheers
